Lufthansa’s Allegris Cabin is changing what passengers expect on long-haul flights. It offers more space, enhanced comfort, and thoughtful design to make long hours in the air more bearable.

The Allegris Cabin focuses on combining luxury and practicality to improve the travel experience on long flights. Travelers will find smarter seating arrangements and upgraded amenities that prioritize rest and convenience.

Seven Seat Options In Business Class

Lufthansa’s Allegris cabin includes seven different seat types in business class. Each one is designed to offer a balance of comfort, privacy, and functionality.

Options range from fully flat beds to standard recliners. Passengers can choose solo seats for privacy, double seats for couples, or family clusters for group travel.

As one flyer shared after the inaugural A350 Allegris flight to Vancouver, “Business Class has up to five types of seating. Different seat will have a different experience.” It’s a new level of flexibility for long-haul flyers:

Upgraded Premium Economy And First Class

Lufthansa’s Premium Economy offers up to 50% more space than standard economy. Seats recline further and include a footrest, wider armrests, and a larger entertainment screen.

First Class features fully lie-flat seats with direct aisle access. Passengers enjoy gourmet dining, exclusive lounge access, and attentive, personalized service. Check it out below:

Both cabins focus on comfort and detail. Premium Economy adds extras like a welcome drink and upgraded meals, while First Class delivers privacy, luxury, and a calm long-haul experience.

Personalized In-Flight Experience

Lufthansa’s Allegris cabin offers passengers more control over their journey. Features like adjustable lighting, climate control, and touchscreen interfaces allow for a tailored onboard experience.

Comfort items, dining, and entertainment preferences can all be selected to match individual needs. Staff provide attentive service that adapts to each traveler.

In the video below, Lufthansa highlights the hard-shell seat as an innovation that enhances personal space—one more way Allegris supports a more private, customized flight:

Hi, my name is Jodie Price and I have been a flight attendant for the past four years. Before that, I was a teacher at a local school. During my summer vacations from teaching, I loved to jet off on an exciting adventure whenever I could. But the flights stressed me and my friends out so much that we almost stopped vacationing altogether. Would another form of transportation be easier?
